These selected documents from the historical archives of the Hotel Del Coronado focus on entertainment, food and drink. The Dining at the Del project was created by Aisha Salmi as her internship for LIBR 294 at San Jose State University.











Most of the documents were scanned from the original using an overhead Indus Book Scanner 5002 at 600 ppi. Reduced to 400 ppi with Adobe Photoshop CS4.
