Jones, Harry E.
Jones writes about his experiences in France, particularly his attempts to speak the language. He says he missed seeing Robeson's Othello but is glad Jane Adams enjoyed it, and he comments on John Adams' recent work. In his postscript, Jones requests a package: "Food is best and sweets the best of foods." The envelope is an air-mail commemorative and bears a censor's stamp.
