Dear Sir: I beg to acknowledge receipts of your favor of the 23rd wish and see reply thereto to state that our rates for a gentleman, wife and maid, three rooms, range from $8.50 per day, $53.50 per one week, $32.00 per week for two weeks or any time over two weeks and less than one month, and $205.00 per month, to $13.50 per day, $84.00 for one week, $80.50 by the week for two weeks and less than one month and $325.00 per month.

The above rates are quoted on the basis that maid shall take her meals in the Nurses Dining Hall, the accommodation in every way then being equal to that of the Guests Hall.
