Dear Madam: I have your favor of the 30th inst. and have given orders to have the change in milk orders confined to the Otay dairy rather than made through yours, as far as it is possible, and I think you will have no occasion for further complaint.

The matter may not get in perfect shape before the 4th or 5th of the coming month, as Mr. Lusk takes hold of all departments on the 1st, and I will issue instructions through him. In the mean time, be patient.
