Tascher aims his rifle on an alternate set of the parody of "Beau Geste." They filmed in Imperial County but also at the Indian Pueblo or Village at Balboa Park, a set piece for two expositions that was razed in 1946, with the Veterans Memorial Building built there 2 years later. Tascher's fraternity, Sigma Lambda, sponsored the only three showings of the film, at San Diego State College in 1940.
