Student actors relax in the shade of the abandoned Paramount Studios' Fort Zinderneuf set near Yuma, where members of Sigma Lambda fraternity at San Diego State and others filmed a parody of "Beau Geste." (The exact location is an archeological dig and may not be disclosed.) The fraternity sponsored the only three showings of the film, at San Diego State College in 1940.
